Yoga Nidra

 

Meditation has been shown to help with a wide variety of health challenges, including insomnia, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. Yoga Nidra is a meditation style which uses a systematic, multistage set of relaxation techniques.  In this class you will either lie on the floor or sit in a chair as Julia leads you, step-by-step, in meditation, which will allow you to be guided to deep levels of relaxation.  Everyone is welcome.  No experience necessary.
