Yoga Classes

Through yoga poses and flows, movement and meditation you will increase strength, flexibility, endurance and balance.  Focus on alignment and exploration of your body in the poses builds a connection between your mind and body leading to better self-awareness and tools for managing the daily stresses in your life.  Props such as blocks and blankets are used to allow a deeper and more subtle exploration of the poses.  Props also make the poses accessible to everyone, including those who aren’t flexible or are recovering from an injury.   These are not hot yoga or power yoga classes.  Julia teaches the classes step-by-step, so beginners are welcome.  There are also options offered for more experienced yoga practitioners.  Locations as noted.
